Please inquire via email in regards to refunds and returns.  Allow 3-5 days for processing due to influx of orders and up to 12 business days to receive thereafter.  All orders go into production in the order they are received.  Unfortunately we were unable to stock inventory for faster shipping.  With your support this shall be temporary as we wish to expedite.  Gratitude immense for your patience and support.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
